About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team remotely. As a Product Designer, you will create clear, aesthetic, and conversion-focused interfaces using Figma. Your role will involve balancing beauty, ease of implementation, and performance, ensuring that our designs not only look good but also function effectively. What You'll Do

• Create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces in Figma.
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Yandex.Metrica and Webvisor to identify conversion drop-off points and improve interfaces based on data.
• Utilize AI tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Nanobanana) for visual generation, references, and routine tasks.
• Collaborate closely with developers (WordPress), marketers, and advertising specialists to visually package concepts and technical solutions.
• Propose solutions to business challenges rather than waiting for detailed specifications.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Understanding that design is a sales tool and using analytics as insights for improvements.
• A potential leader interested in growing into an Art Director or Head of Web Design role.
• Experience in creating conversion-focused designs and a product-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work full-time on projects without engaging in external projects or outsourcing.
