- Proactively propose solutions to business challenges rather than waiting for detailed specifications.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
- Strong understanding of design as a sales tool and the ability to leverage analytics for insights.
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow into an Art Director or Head of Web Design role.
- Ability to work full-time on projects without engaging in side projects or outsourcing.
- A product-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering solutions to business problems.
