Product Designer - Remote Position at Fuse Energy
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our innovative team at Fuse Energy. As a Product Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of renewable energy by designing best-in-class products and experiences that make energy abundant. Our mission is to provide energy at a lower cost while rewarding users for smart energy usage. You will work closely with our CEO and a small, dynamic team of designers and engineers to create impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design consumer products, including mobile and web applications that reward users for controlling their energy usage.
- Create physical and digital experiences for home energy upgrades and IoT device controls.
- Define Fuse's visual language across various platforms, including web, mobile, and physical products.
- Develop high-stakes interfaces for internal tools that manage gigawatts of renewable energy and thousands of installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design grid management systems and blockchain reward mechanisms.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong skills in typography, color, composition, and UX.
- Proven track record of working end-to-end from vision and discovery to design execution.
- Ability to translate complex systems into logical, modular interfaces.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Expertise in Figma is non-negotiable.
Nice to Have
- Experience in motion graphics and 3D design (C4D, Spline).
- Copywriting or coding skills.

Who Will Succeed Here

Experience with motion graphics and 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D, allowing for the creation of compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate complex energy concepts.
