About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer remote to join our innovative team at Airalo. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for our B2B digital products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a travel-tech company that is revolutionizing the telecom industry.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Researchers on new initiatives for our SaaS web applications.
  • Design, create, and deliver process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, screen flows, and high-fidelity mockups that meet our design guild standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of clear, compelling, and persuasive customer-facing content.
  • Continuously improve the overarching user experience and user interface of our products.
  • Articulate challenges faced clearly along the design pathway and work collectively to resolve them.
  • Proactively contribute to and maintain design systems across all our B2B products.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in Product Design at a tech startup or product-focused agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your Product Design skill set.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience designing and testing native mobile and SaaS web applications for B2B.
  • General knowledge of Figma, Figjam, and Adobe design tools.
  • Experience working within Lean and/or Agile processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on SaaS web application projects.
  • Prior work experience in telecommunications.
  • Knowledge of eSIM and SaaS related technologies.
