About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team at MISH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Product Designer remote position where you will dive deep into product design and create services that are thoughtfully crafted down to the smallest detail. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with a product team that has established processes, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-friendly digital products.
• Engage in daily interactions with a team of designers to share ideas and feedback.
• Apply design principles to create intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer in product teams.
• Strong understanding of interface design principles and user-centered design.
• Proven ability to validate hypotheses through user testing and research.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better communication with developers.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
