Product Designer - Customer Activation for E-commerce

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Product Designer - Customer Activation to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers you the opportunity to shape user experiences and drive customer engagement in the e-commerce sector. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user onboarding and activation processes, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience from the moment they interact with our products.

What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on user interfaces that enhance customer activation and engagement.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Utilize data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects with a focus on user experience and interface design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and ClickUp.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Familiarity with data-driven design principles and tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, SQL, or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Understanding of AI and its applications in product design.
