Senior Marketing Specialist II - Remote
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist II to lead the lifecycle management of our global marketing assets in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential for bridging the gap between creative production and operational delivery, ensuring that our global marketing engine has the right assets in the right format at the right time. As a Senior Marketing Specialist II, you will maintain a single source of truth for our brand while supporting a global team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the global administration, system configuration, and technical integration of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform with our MarTech stack.
- Design and maintain standardized metadata schemas and leverage AI-driven automation to ensure 100% asset searchability.
- Oversee the full asset lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and Digital Rights Management (DRM) to mitigate legal risks.
- Partner with Business Operations to integrate creative workflows into the Phase Gate model and manage the global intake and triage process.
- Act as the primary technical lead for teams in North America and India, driving system adoption through training, SOP documentation, and utilization reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Digital Asset Management, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Brandfolder, or Widen).
- Advanced knowledge of creative file formats (Adobe Creative Cloud suite), video transcoding, and metadata standards (IPTC/XMP).
- Strong project management skills with experience in tools like Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com; comfortable managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
- Native or professional-level English proficiency is mandatory, as this role supports a global team and requires extensive documentation in English.
- High attention to detail when it comes to naming conventions, version control, and system architecture.
