Product Design Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Design Lead remote to elevate the quality, coherence, and distinctiveness of our product experience at Lyst. As a global fashion shopping platform, we cater to over 160 million shoppers annually, and your leadership will significantly impact how quickly strong ideas transform into shipped outcomes.

What You’ll Own

• Experience Direction, Quality, and Impact: You will be accountable for the standard of user experience across the product. Shape high-impact initiatives early, ensuring key journeys — particularly discovery and conversion — feel intentional and commercially grounded.
• Velocity Through Better Decisions: Remove ambiguity that slows teams down. Strengthen problem framing so teams build the right thing and improve clarity in cross-functional trade-offs.
• Design Capability & Systems: Coach designers to enhance their craft and strategic thinking. Establish a stronger critique culture and evolve the design system to support efficiency and creative expression.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading design in complex, product-led environments.
• A track record of improving both experience quality and delivery effectiveness.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Evidence of reducing friction through clearer direction and systems thinking.
• The confidence to challenge constructively, and the pragmatism to ship.
