  • Strong architectural judgment with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term sustainability.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence across teams through collaboration and sound decision-making.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical standards of an organization.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
