About the Role

Join Seeq Corporation as a Principal Recruitment Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies. This is a fully remote position where you will collaborate with a dynamic HR team to attract and hire exceptional talent, ensuring our growth aligns with Seeq's values.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and go-to-market functions, focusing on software engineering and sales roles.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates, leveraging various platforms and networks.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance hiring decisions.
  • Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously refine strategies for better outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, particularly in SaaS/B2B environments.
  • Proven success in recruiting for senior-level and niche roles, particularly software engineers and sales executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking pipelines and reporting.
  • Experience partnering with executives to design and execute hiring strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Workable is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards related to recruiting.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning with immediate hiring needs.
