About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Biostatistician - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead statistical analysis for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement statistical analysis plans and data interpretation strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical development teams to design and analyze research studies.
• Utilize SAS programming to perform complex statistical analyses and reporting.
• Mentor junior biostatisticians and provide guidance on best practices in statistical programming.
• Ensure data quality control throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
• Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and statistical reports.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a biostatistician in clinical trials.
• Proficiency in SAS programming and statistical analysis methodologies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance in clinical research.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience with data quality control and governance.
• Ability to mentor and lead statistical projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
