What You'll Do

• Assist the machine operator to ensure the highest quality packaging.
• Support changeovers and maintain production flow.
• Collect and stage production supplies accurately within the warehouse.
• Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Collaborate effectively in a production and manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Utilize excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to exchange information and solve problems.

Requirements

• No prior manufacturing experience is required; we will provide hands-on training.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including listening and negotiating abilities.
