As a Policy Data Analyst Intern, you will engage in professional development while gaining valuable experience in data analysis and visualization at the Empire Center for Public Policy.

What You'll Do

• Participate in a 12-week paid internship program focused on data analysis and visualization.
• Work at the Empire Center for Public Policy, contributing to various projects related to public policy reforms.
• Engage in a 2-day in-person summit to network and learn from professionals in the field.
• Utilize data visualization software like Tableau to present data insights effectively.
• Collaborate with researchers and team members on impactful projects.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in public policy and free-market principles.
• Availability for scheduled virtual training sessions.
