PMO Consultant - Remote Position for Finance Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PMO Consultant - Remote to join our team and drive finance transformation initiatives. As a PMO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project management operations, ensuring that our strategic roadmaps are executed effectively. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance stakeholder communication.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize your expertise in finance domain processes such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) to drive process optimization.
• Conduct financial analysis and market research to support project initiatives and decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and executive leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a PMO Consultant or in a similar project management role.
• Strong understanding of finance transformation processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in consulting and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Veeva, CRM, and Vault systems.
• Experience in workforce management and customer success initiatives.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
