We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Orthopedics remote to join our team at Mountain Land Physical Therapy. What You'll Do
- Manage a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload, ensuring dedicated 1:1 patient time.
- Top performers average 11–12 patients per day, with double-booking only when appropriate.
- Develop personalized plans of care that align with your clinical style and patient needs.
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners to enhance patient outcomes.
- Utilize AI-driven, HIPAA-compliant EMR to minimize documentation time.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions.
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
- Team-first attitude and commitment to providing an excellent patient experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
- Interest in pursuing specialty certifications.
