  • Manage a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload, ensuring dedicated 1:1 patient time.
  • Top performers average 11–12 patients per day, with double-booking only when appropriate.
  • Develop personalized plans of care that align with your clinical style and patient needs.
  • Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Utilize AI-driven, HIPAA-compliant EMR to minimize documentation time.

Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions.
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Team-first attitude and commitment to providing an excellent patient experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
