Persian Business Development Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Persian Business Development Manager to join our team at Toobit. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape our business development strategies and build valuable partnerships in the crypto space. You will play a crucial role in formulating business development plans and assisting our team in negotiating and closing profitable deals.
What You'll Do
- Formulate and implement business development plans to drive growth.
- Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Support KOLs and design special campaigns to increase their trading volume.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders and crypto projects.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOLs and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a business development manager or in a relevant role.
- Experience in channel development and market development.
- Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
- Fluent in Persian (fully professional) and proficient in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Experience working with KOLs in the crypto space.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
