We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager - Remote to join CAPULET Jewelry, an independent luxury jewelry brand based in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and enhancing our online presence through effective performance marketing strategies. What You'll Do

  • Independently plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Build and develop new marketing channels, including TikTok and Pinterest, focusing on sustainable growth.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize tracking and analytics tools, including GA4, Pixel, Conversions, Attribution, and UTM parameters.
  • Conduct ongoing data analysis and reporting, deriving actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Develop data-driven strategies with a clear focus on growth and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate directly with management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to handle KPIs, conversion tracking, and evaluate ROAS effectively.
  • Work independently with a structured approach, demonstrating a hands-on attitude towards your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) sectors.
  • Proficient knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok and Pinterest Ads is a plus.
  • Excellent experience with tracking, analytics, and data interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling KPIs, conversion tracking, and ROAS evaluations.
  • Fluency in German or English is required.

  • Experience in luxury brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of sustainable marketing practices.
