About the Role
We are seeking a People Tech Analyst II - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HR technology and data analytics to enhance our people operations. As a People Tech Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize HR processes and ensure data accuracy across our systems.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements for HR technology solutions.
- Design and implement technical specifications for workflows and processes that enhance employee experience.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and improve the performance of HR systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for HRIS issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Engage in API interactions to integrate various HR platforms, including Workday and Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Support the implementation of AI-enabled HR tools to streamline workforce planning and management.
- Participate in user experience design sessions to enhance mobile and web applications for HR functions.
- Document processes using UML/BPMN methodologies to ensure clarity and compliance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a People Tech Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR technology systems, including HCM and HRIS.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Experience with SOAP/REST/GRPC APIs and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management and workflow tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.

- Experience with mobile testing and backend testing.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
