Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HR management software and predictive assessment tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
