About the Role

- Implement and maintain HRIS systems, including ADP WorkforceNow and HiBob, to streamline HR operations.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state regulations and HR best practices.
- Utilize AI tools to improve HR processes and data management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS management and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with compliance and payroll administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
