People Operations Generalist & Business Partner - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist & Business Partner - Remote to join Sift’s dynamic People Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about People Ops and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping our employee experience and supporting our mission to help everyone trust the internet.

What You'll Do

• Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on People Ops processes and programs.
• Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to design initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and recognition.
• Facilitate employee programs such as orientation and management training, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Build strong relationships with leaders as a trusted advisor on people strategy and organizational design.
• Coach managers on performance management and development conversations to foster high-performing teams.
• Utilize data and insights to diagnose issues and co-create solutions that balance business needs with employee experience.
• Create and maintain People Ops documentation and workflows, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Support compliance tracking and reporting, maintaining knowledge of relevant employment laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations roles, preferably in a technology company.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheets is required.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• PHR/SPHR certification (or similar) is a plus.
