People & Culture Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner remote to join our team at Fluent Commerce. This role is a fixed-term contract through September 1, 2026, where you will serve as the key partner for our UK and French teams. As a People & Culture Business Partner remote, you will report to our VP of People & Culture based in Australia, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having opportunities to connect with our Paris office.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to EMEA leaders, aligning people priorities with business goals and providing thought leadership on organizational design.
• Ensure compliance and harmonization of People & Culture practices across EMEA, acting as the bridge between global strategy and local execution.
• Lead key programs related to the employee lifecycle, including performance calibrations, compensation reviews, and talent development.
• Support the Payroll Manager on escalated EMEA matters and lead internal communications to keep regional teams connected.
• Drive inclusion efforts and events to ensure Fluent remains a diverse and equitable workplace.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Partner role, preferably within a high-growth technology company.
• Full proficiency in English and ideally in French.
• Strong knowledge of UK and French labor laws.
• Experience dealing directly with Work Councils and Performance Management processes.
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualifications (for UK candidates).
