What You'll Do

• Act as the primary contact for patients, guiding them through the scheduling and engagement process.
• Engage patients via telephone and in-person, ensuring a high level of service and support.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care solutions.
• Utilize your customer service skills to address patient inquiries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare or patient-oriented position.
• 1 year of customer service experience; sales experience is preferred.
• Appointment scheduling experience is a plus.
• CNA/MA background is advantageous.
• Call center experience is beneficial.
• Strong passion for extraordinary patient service.

Nice to Have

• Experience in virtual clinical support.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology and patient management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
