What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the patient access team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HCPC coding and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Conduct clinical reviews and manage infusion collections to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools to analyze data and generate reports for management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in patient access management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

• Experience in specialty infusion pharmacy management.

• Certification in healthcare management or related field.
