Parts Interpreter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team remotely. This Parts Interpreter role offers you the chance to work with a market-leading company in the heavy machinery sector, providing essential support to our customers and internal departments.

What You'll Do

• Ensure customers order and receive the correct parts efficiently.
• Provide technical and product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and secure additional parts sales opportunities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes, including stock control and inventory management.
• Assist in picking and packing orders during peak times.
• Conduct stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and manuals.
• Forklift License is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
