Part-Time Trainer - SAP ABAP Development (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer - SAP ABAP Development (Remote) to join our innovative team at StartSteps Digital Education. In this role, you will be responsible for training and supporting scholarship recipients in SAP ABAP Development through a structured program. This part-time freelance position requires a commitment of 10 hours per week, where you will conduct two one-hour workshops each week and engage with students to enhance their learning experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging workshops on SAP ABAP Development, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
• Support students throughout their learning journey, providing guidance and feedback to foster their development.
• Prepare high-quality workshop materials that facilitate effective learning.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure effective communication and program success.
• Utilize your expertise in SAP and ABAP to create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt your teaching methods based on student feedback and learning needs.
• Maintain a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all training activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your training skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with a strong focus on ABAP.
• Proven track record as a trainer, demonstrating effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in workshop development within the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and students.
• Adaptive and responsive to feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in SAP and ABAP development.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
