What You'll Do
- Drive company sales growth and profitability through guest-centric selling and teamwork.
- Model the selling process to ensure goals are met during shifts.
- Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
- Support onboarding of new employees by role modeling company standards.
- Communicate company goals and expectations clearly with all team members.
- Lead by example to foster a guest-focused selling culture.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including executing bank deposits and receiving shipments.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Passion and knowledge of health, fitness, and wellness.
- Ability to build guest relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous retail or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Nice to Have
- A California Food Handler Card or applicable state-specific requirement.
- Previous cash handling and POS experience.
