What You'll Do

  • Implement robust REST APIs using FastAPI, ensuring proper authentication and error handling.
  • Work with graph databases, specifically Memgraph, to optimize data models and queries.
  • Integrate AI/GenAI pipelines for document processing and classification.
  • Maintain high code quality with a target of 70%+ test coverage.
  • Document APIs and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all features.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
  • 2+ years of experience with FastAPI or similar async frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL for relational data storage.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Knowledge of integrating LLM APIs for document processing.
  • Full-stack capability with React for occasional frontend contributions.
