What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing patient satisfaction.
- Assist doctors during orthodontic procedures efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards throughout the office.
- Utilize downtime productively to support team operations.
- Arrive on time and ready to contribute each shift.
- Follow training guidelines and take ownership of your growth.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
- Review daily communications and stay updated on office procedures.
- Help maintain a safe environment for every patient.
- Support the entire team, as we operate as ONE team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (medical/dental preferred).
- Strong reputation for excellent patient and team relationships.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn about orthodontics and self-motivated under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Fine motor skills and manual dexterity required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and good eyesight for working with detailed materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
- Experience in a professional setting with direct patient interaction is preferred.
