- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menopause care best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in women's health or menopause care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to empathize and connect with clients on a personal level.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client cases effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Background in midwifery or fertility care.
- Experience in content development or digital health.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices.
