  • Ability to empathize and connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple client cases effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Background in midwifery or fertility care.
  • Experience in content development or digital health.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices.
