Part-Time Global Mobility & Compensation Intern - Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a Part-Time Global Mobility & Compensation Intern to join our dynamic team at UNIQA. This role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable insights into international HR processes while working remotely. As a Global Mobility Intern, you will support our Group People Team in various operational, data-driven, and organizational tasks.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the International Hiring & Global Mobility process.
• Contribute to policy, process, and guidelines updates.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations related to Compensation & Benefits.
• Support the implementation of the EU Wage Transparency Directive.
• Participate in the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) pilot project.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program, preferably with a focus on Business, Law, Project Management, or similar.
• Interest in international HR processes, data work, and organizational development.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Precise, structured, and reliable working style.
• High motivation, willingness to learn, and initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR or related fields.
• Knowledge of international labor laws.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
