What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
  • Educate customers on various cannabis products and their effects.
  • Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations.
  • Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns and customer inquiries.
  • Document customer issues and concerns on their profiles.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout your shift.
  • Work directly with the leadership team to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for delivery responsibilities.
