Part-Time Dispensary Associate - Customer Care Role

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve in Ocala, Florida. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
• Educate customers on the benefits and potential side effects of various cannabis products.
• Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations.
• Assist with patient orders and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout your shift.
• Document customer issues and concerns accurately.
• Work collaboratively with management to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

• Experience with cash handling.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
