About the Role

We are seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Reimagined Parking. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in luxury residences across Miami, Miami Beach, Surfside, and Bal Harbour. As an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant, you will ensure the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy interacting with guests.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the valet process by retrieving keys and vehicles for waiting guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting guests with their needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by greeting guests and ensuring their experience is positive.
  • Implement vehicle safety procedures and inspect vehicles for damage.
  • Collect relevant fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
  • Communicate professionally with guests and team members at all times.
  • Direct traffic and manage parking logistics effectively.
  • Report any incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous valet experience is preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of local area and directions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
