About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Residential Associate to join our team at BestCare Treatment Services. As a Residential Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in our residential treatment program. This position requires overnight availability and involves direct client support, assisting with intakes, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. What You'll Do

  • Provide direct support to clients during overnight hours, ensuring their safety through routine bed checks and maintaining awareness of client locations.
  • Assist with client intakes and communicate pertinent details to the clinical team as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to provide appropriate client care interventions and maintain a healthy treatment milieu.
  • Document client information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and BestCare policies.
  • Transport residents to medical appointments and self-help groups as needed.
  • Uphold professional ethics and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor or Program Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with substance abuse populations and individuals with disabilities.
  • Must have maintained continuous recovery for at least two years if recovering from addiction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and ability to learn new software.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within three months.
  • Valid Oregon Driver License or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish.
  • Previous experience in addiction treatment is preferred.
