Operations Lead for New Products - FinTech

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Lead for New Products to join our dynamic team at First Circle, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the Philippines. This Operations Lead for New Products remote position is pivotal as we expand our offerings, including employee salary loans and credit cards. You will play a critical role in shaping our new product operations and ensuring exceptional value delivery to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead operations for new products, starting with employee salary loans and credit cards, with potential for additional products in the future.
• Be the ultimate owner of these products, responsible for user experience, day-to-day operations, and P&L accountability.
• Collaborate closely with tech and product teams, as well as sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to drive product growth.
• Define and implement processes and systems to automate operations as much as possible.
• Establish strategies for product distribution in collaboration with the existing sales force.
• Build and shape a team of exceptional operators, expanding responsibilities as more solutions are launched.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in operations, preferably in a tech company or fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mindset with a strong sense of accountability for business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in data analytics tools like SQL or Python.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic setting.
• Proven leadership skills to build and mentor a high-performing team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting or finance.
• Familiarity with automation tools and processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
