Operations Coordinator - Remote Role in Crypto Media

About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Blockworks. This remote Operations Coordinator role is pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be at the center of our podcast production, helping to manage schedules and coordinate communication across teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage scheduling and calendar logistics for podcast recordings, ensuring all details are accurate and conflict-free.
• Maintain the production calendar, tracking deadlines and coordinating recording schedules.
• Communicate professionally with podcast guests, sponsors, and internal stakeholders through various platforms.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless information flow between teams.
• Assist in project and logistics coordination for in-person recordings and events.
• Support sponsor communication and track deliverables to ensure commitments are met.
• Organize reporting systems and maintain performance dashboards for the podcast team.
• Oversee office management tasks to keep the NYC office organized and well-stocked.

Requirements

• Experience in an operations or coordination role, preferably in media, crypto, finance, or tech.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing busy calendars and coordinating across teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in professional settings.
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Megaphone, and YouTube Studio is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience supporting podcast or media production.
• Experience with sponsor or client deliverables.
• Comfort with live recordings and event logistics.
