Operational Excellence Process Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Process Coordinator - Remote to join our dynamic team at Travelfusion. As the world's largest travel B2B content aggregator, we process hundreds of millions of daily transactions and are rapidly growing in the SaaS technology sector. In this role, you will support the implementation and execution of processes and SOPs designed in consultation with the Operational Excellence Manager.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate between intra-departmental and inter-departmental stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Analyze current workflows and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication of intended changes and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
• Implement new processes, process maps, and SOPs while ensuring compliance with set standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to the Operational Excellence Manager.
• Train and support users on new processes and tools, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business process management or operations improvement, ideally in a tech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
