About the Role

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, Oregon.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Ability to pick up 1-2 shifts per pay period + 2 weekend shifts per month (Required under PRN status).
- Recent education or completed clinical hours.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions.
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
