As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, Oregon.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Ability to pick up 1-2 shifts per pay period + 2 weekend shifts per month (Required under PRN status).
• Recent education or completed clinical hours.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions.
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
