About the Role
Fluentia is a growing online language academy that helps students master English in just three months. We’re looking for a Native English Teacher - Remote to deliver live virtual lessons and support our students’ academic progress. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while making a significant impact on learners worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Deliver online English lessons (levels A1 to C1) via Google Meet.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt sessions to meet the individual learning levels of students.
- Maintain a fixed evening schedule, Monday to Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Native English speaker required.
- Minimum A2 level of Spanish or conversational proficiency.
- TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent certification needed.
- Online teaching experience, especially with teens or adults.
- Confidence in teaching absolute beginners (A1 level).
- Familiarity with Google Meet, MS Teams, or Zoom.
- Stable internet connection required.
- Ability to work as a freelancer and issue invoices or payment receipts.

- Experience with diverse teaching methodologies.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
