Migration Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Migration Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute data migration plans that align with client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize tools such as Sofico MILES and Adobe Creative Suite for effective design and implementation.
• Manage stakeholder communication to keep all parties informed throughout the migration process.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for migration-related issues.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data migration or functional design.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/IAS and contract accounting.
• Experience with UI design tools such as Figma.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion design and animation.
• Familiarity with query languages and data analysis.
• Knowledge of interaction animations and video editing techniques.
