Middle UI/​UX Designer - Remote Opportunity with Uptech

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Middle UI/UX Designer to join Uptech, a leading software development company. As a Middle UI/UX Designer, you will work remotely and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interfaces that meet business goals. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop intuitive user interfaces that align with business objectives.
• Work on product hypotheses and build testing plans using user research methods and interface solutions.
• Develop design concepts and effectively present them to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Transform user needs and product requirements into interface solutions.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of interfaces across products.
• Organize and participate in design and product workshops.
• Analyze, clarify, and consider technical requirements when building interfaces.
• Report on design progress and iterations.

Requirements

• Upper Intermediate English level or higher.
• 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and an iterative approach to development.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to transform user needs and product requirements into appropriate interface solutions.
• Experience in developing low and high-fidelity prototypes, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile design patterns, as well as iOS and Android guidelines.
• Proficiency in Figma, including using and creating libraries, components, variants, and auto layouts.
• Understanding of atomic design principles.
• Strong presentation skills for showcasing your solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance your workflow.

Nice to Have

• Domain expertise in financial and medical projects.
• Experience creating applications, websites, and digital products using AI tools.
• Experience with Framer/Webflow.
