About the Role

We are looking for a Middle Level QA Software / Device Specialist to join our team at OptiSigns, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. This position is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure overall product quality and reliability.
  • Analyze performance metrics and report findings to identify trends, assess quality, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, working closely with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to define quality goals and apply best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established protocols.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and apply new practices to strengthen quality control processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in quality control, software testing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, testing strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting software issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
  • AI-first mindset - applying AI technologies to elevate testing precision and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with database management, particularly MongoDB, and experience handling data integrity checks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination between development, product, and QA teams.
  • Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset, with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, technologies, and testing environments.
  • Experience with automation testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) is a plus.
