Mid-Senior UX/​UI Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team at Insight Global. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals. What You'll Do

• Design and develop user interfaces for enterprise applications, focusing on user experience and visual appeal.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create stunning designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to ensure our products remain competitive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design for enterprise companies.
• Proficiency in Adobe core modules, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience designing for eCommerce platforms using tools like Shopify.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with B2C/DTC design principles.
