Mid-Senior ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer - Remote
About the Role
We're hiring a passionate ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer to join our team remotely. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale robust automation solutions, ensuring high-quality ServiceNow releases for enterprise implementations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the QA automation strategy and execution for ServiceNow-based solutions, driving continuous quality improvement.
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites with a strong focus on ServiceNow platforms, modules, and integrations.
- Develop comprehensive automated tests across UI, API, integration, performance, and accessibility layers, utilizing tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify defects early and ensure solutions are testable by design within the ServiceNow stack.
- Contribute to the evolution of the QA toolset and share insights on modern automation practices.
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrable experience testing ServiceNow platforms, including workflows, catalog items, and custom configurations.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing automation strategies specifically for ServiceNow environments.
- Expertise with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium-based frameworks and solid experience writing TypeScript or JavaScript for automated test suites.
- Strong understanding of API integration testing (Postman, JMeter), functional end-to-end testing, and cross-browser testing (BrowserStack Automate, Sauce Labs).
- Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
