We are seeking a Mid-Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to join our AI Research Initiative. What You'll Do

• Utilize your professional experience to create content that mirrors real-world infrastructure and systems management tasks.
• Collaborate with a team to develop occupation-specific questions and scenarios for AI training.
• Engage in asynchronous work, allowing for flexible hours while committing a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Contribute to improving AI systems' understanding of technical tasks performed by systems administrators.
• Participate in an AI interview process based on your resume to ensure a good fit for the project.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time experience as a Network and/or Computer Systems Administrator.
• Current residency in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Strong understanding of enterprise computing environments and security considerations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI or machine learning environments.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and asynchronous communication.
• Previous involvement in research initiatives or content creation for technical training.
