Mid-Senior Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Acceleration Partners, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely. In this role, you will manage influencer marketing programs and provide premium quality service to diverse brands eager to develop influencer programs at scale within their affiliate channels. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer program strategies that align with client goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

• Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans to achieve client goals.
• Analyze program data to identify performance trends and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate media packages with influencers and manage contracts to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide superior client service and maintain strong relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Utilize data to present insights and recommendations that drive program outcomes and value derived from partnerships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with an agency or brand.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel influencer marketing strategies and payment models.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and pitching new influencer campaigns.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer marketing programs effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like CreatorIQ, Grin, or Izea.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms such as Impact or ShareASale.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
