About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior Hybrid Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Lensa. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our CRM strategies and enhancing customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. This position offers the flexibility of remote work one day a week, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day CRM communications calendar and execution across all Home Appliance categories.
  • Drive campaign performance optimization through data-driven testing, audience segmentation, and data science modeling.
  • Align CRM creative with Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) to create consumer-centric content that impacts the Home Appliance business.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to ensure Home Appliance campaigns receive fair share of voice within the Samsung email channel.
  • Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns via JIRA tickets, ensuring timely communication and responses with agency partners.
  • Explore new ideas to improve process efficiencies and provide innovative solutions.
  • Manage weekly inputs to governance council, including campaign briefs and post-campaign analysis.
  • Analyze reports and synthesize recommendations to enhance future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in CRM or related marketing field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Knowledge of CRM principles and best practices, with a basic understanding of Adobe Campaign Manager and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with Tableau reporting is a plus.

  • Familiarity with consumer engagement journeys.
  • Understanding of data science modeling.
