Mid-Senior Growth Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Designer to join our team at Inner Balance, a women-founded telehealth company specializing in personalized hormone replacement therapy. This Growth Designer remote position is pivotal in driving business growth through high-performing, conversion-focused design. You will work closely with the CEO, Growth Marketing, and CRM teams to create compelling designs that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do

• Design high-performing ad creatives for various paid channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop modular creative systems that allow for rapid testing and iteration.
• Translate growth hypotheses into visual executions that can be tested quickly.
• Optimize creative based on performance data such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Design email and CRM assets across various flows and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Create scalable email templates that balance speed with quality.
• Work closely with the CEO to align creative output with business priorities.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or marketing design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful paid ad and email designs.
• Deep understanding of designing for conversion and clarity.
• Comfortable working with performance data and feedback loops.
• Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with marketers and leadership teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DTC, subscription, or eCommerce environments.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative experimentation.
• Understanding of motion or lightweight animation for ads.
• Experience designing within established brand systems.
