Mid-Senior Corporate Network and Systems Administrator - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Corporate Network and Systems Administrator to join our team at Rubris Inc. This remote position is perfect for candidates who reside within 2 hours of Eastern Time. In this role, you will manage our Microsoft 365 environment, oversee security management, and handle software partnerships and licensing. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to operational execution and collaborate with third-party vendors while supporting a fully remote work environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and configure the Microsoft 365 environment and user accounts, ensuring proper onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct periodic audits of user accounts and data, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other security measures to protect our digital assets.
• Oversee hardware inventory management, including provisioning and decommissioning laptops.
• Document and enforce IT policies, building Power Automate workflows for internal processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a corporate network administrator, preferably in a software or professional services environment.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft security technologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of mobile device management solutions.
• Familiarity with third-party software licensing management.
